The Ampthill RUFC Under 16 Girls team provides a supportive and competitive environment for young players to develop their rugby skills and understanding of the game. Focused on building teamwork, fitness, and confidence, the squad competes in age-group leagues and tournaments designed to challenge and inspire. With experienced coaches guiding their progress, the team encourages players to enjoy the sport while striving to improve and prepare for senior rugby.
